TACO SOUP

Here it is Darlene as requested.

TACO SOUP

2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can whole green chili peppers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can Kidney beans
1 can Pinto beans
2 cups water
1 package Ranch Dressing Mix
1 can Hominy, drained
3 cans cooked tomatoes

Brown meat, onion and chili mix in
a large pot. Add other ingredients
and simmer about 2 hours.

(DO NOT BOIL)

(Ranch style beans can be used instead of Kidney/Pinto)
(Whole kernel corn can be used instead of Hominy)
(For a hotter flavor substute Rotel for tomatoes, probably one or two of the cans)
