Tomorrow is my grandson's birthday and I hope you have a very Happy one. I remember the day 34 years ago that he was born in Austin, Texas. He has always been a joy to us. And, thank you very much for mowing the yard today. I love you.

Tomorrow, August 12, 1923, a baby boy was born in Biardstown, Texas. Tomorrow he would have been 87 years old. How we all miss him being in our lives today. We lost him on 23 April 1999, when his heart gave out. He was a son, husband, father and grandfather. He missed meeting two of his grandchildren and all five great-grandchildren. He left a great legacy to follow in his foot steps.

We all loved you Duane/Daddy/Pepa and miss you every day.

My grandson Michael got married last Friday, 6 August, in Houston, Texas, and I want to wish them both a very happy life together and many Anniversary's ahead. I love you both.

Today is Goldie's birthday. I made her an aunt when she was two years old. She is an aunt to many nieces and nephews. But I was first.
